1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur ILSUR BULATOV, Identification Number 306522457, Georgia (hereinafter "Provider") to enter into an agreement for providing access to digital content of the NeuroShot service.
1.2. Making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
1.3. By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms that they have read, agree with, and fully accept all terms of this Agreement.
Service — NeuroShot mobile application, available via Telegram Mini Apps, providing access to audio content for meditation, relaxation, and self-development.
Customer — an individual who has accepted this offer and paid for Provider's services.
Premium Subscription — paid access to the full Service content for a selected period (1, 3, or 12 months).
Content — audio recordings, text materials, and other digital materials available in the Service.
3.1. The Provider agrees to provide the Customer with access to a Premium Subscription for the paid period, and the Customer agrees to pay for this service.

5.3. Premium Subscription access is activated automatically after payment confirmation.
6.1. The Customer may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the Premium content has not been substantially used beyond a reasonable trial level.
6.2. After 7 days or after substantial use of Premium content, refunds are not available.

8.1. The Provider is not responsible for results of Content usage by the Customer.

8.3. Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.
9.1. All rights to Content, design, and Service software belong to the Provider.
9.2. The Customer receives a non-exclusive right to use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9.3. Copying, distribution, or public reproduction of Content without Provider's written consent is prohibited.
10.1. This offer becomes effective upon publication and remains valid indefinitely.
10.2. The Provider may modify these terms. Changes take effect 7 days after publication of the new version.

11.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court at the Provider's location in accordance with Georgian law.
